Membership Policies - Updated 6/2026

General Information

I understand that as a member, I receive the best discount on regular massages, ensuring my wellbeing is prioritized.

I can book a longer session than my membership and pay the difference when I come in.

I am paying for session time and can schedule for any service: Therapeutic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Graston Technique, Muscle Activation Treatment (MAT), Reflexology or Pregnancy Massage.

Billing, Discounts, Fees & Penalties

General Billing:

I have a full month to use each membership session. (ex: if I pay on the 15th, I have until the 14th of the following month to use the session/s.)

I chose the billing date I wanted and I am responsible for calling the clinic to change any billing information regarding my membership.

I am supporting a local business and paying 2.85% for a portion of the merchant fees.

Missed Session/Client Profile Credit:

If I do not use a session, I must call or text the clinic at 801-503-0848 in order to receive a credit on my client profile for the amount of the pre-paid membership session, minus the merchant fee.

I understand this credit cannot be applied to a regular membership payment.

I understand this credit may be applied to an extra session at 15% off the regular price of the massage.

I will pay the difference after using my credit at time of service.

I may also use my credit towards tips, products and/or gift cards.

Discounts:

I understand that I will receive up to a 15% discount on the current Regular Price when I book a longer session.

I understand that I receive a discount for an extra session for the month of my birthday.

I understand that discounts cannot be combined.

Fees & Penalties:

If the payment is declined, I understand that I will be contacted to collect payment.

I understand that if payment has not been collected for 2 consecutive months, I will be contact by the clinic to pay the outstanding balance. If payment is not collected, my membership will be cancelled. (please refer to the "Cancelling My Membership" below.)

If I do not give 24-hours notice to change my appointment, my pre-paid membership session will be credited to my account and 25% of the session at regular price will be deducted from said credit to pay for my therapist's time.

If I No-Show my appointment, I understand my pre-paid membership session will be credited to my account and 50% of the session at regular price will be deducted from said credit to pay for my therapist's time.

Transfer a Membership Session to a Friend/Family Member:

I understand that Ogden Massage's scheduling system is unable to auto-transfer a membership session to a friend or family member.

I may call 801-503-0848 to schedule a transferred session or book online, following the steps below:

I understand that I must schedule myself for the membership session I am transferring.

I understand that I must add a note to the appointment, scheduled under my name, stating the other client's First and Last name.

I understand the other client MUST have a client profile and their intake form completed prior to the session.

I understand that to set up a new client profile, I must call 801-503-0848.

NEW Pausing My Membership

I understand that I have the option to "Pause" my membership for a $20 admin fee for up to 3 months.

I understand that the $20 fee is an admin fee only and cannot be applied to any service or product.

I understand that the pause option allows me to maintain my current member pricing. If the membership is cancelled for any reason, I will not be entitled to the previous membership pricing should I decide to renew my membership at a later date.

I understand that after 3 months, my regular membership will be reinstated, unless I call 801-503-0848 to either extend the pause or cancel the membership.

Cancelling My Membership

I understand that if I need to cancel my membership, I must call the clinic to do so.

I understand that if I cancel my membership, or membership is cancelled after non-payment, I will not be entitled to the previous membership pricing should I decide to renew my membership at a later date.

Upon renewal, my membership price will be based on the current rates applicable at the time of renewal, regardless of any pricing that may have been in affect during your previous membership period.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
